Rankiteo Explanation : Attack limited on finance or reputationDescription: Due to human error, up to six months of data for a few county offices were lost. It had to be re-uploaded to a computer system. The data was being transferred by an employee of โYourColoโ from one system into a more secure system. Against the company policy, however, a backup of the data was not made prior to the transfer, and during the transfer, the data was lost and there was no backup to restore it. Data with hard copies were able to be re-entered into the computer system however, data without hard copies were permanently lost. |
