There is also a non-acute hospital in Omagh, which has an Urgent Care and Treatment Centre. We also deliver many services from community based facilities and directly into the homes of our patients and clients across our wide geographical and rural area. Alongside our commitment to delivering safe, high quality and patient and client focused healthcare services, our Trust has a higher purpose โรรฌ to improve health and wellbeing and reduce inequalities.
