The compromised informations includes health fair participantsโ€™ names, addresses, phone numbers and in some instances Social Security numbers. Both financial and medical data, such as credit card numbers or other sources of payment information, were absent from the jump drive. Neither did it contain blood test results or other medical information. They secured the services of Kroll to provide identity monitoring at no cost to you for one year.
