The motto of our firm is “We’ll Sleep When We’re Dead"; and along those lines we guarantee a 24/7/2 level of service (24-hours a day, 7 days a week, with response time to email/voicemail of no less than 2 hours). Our commitment to those service levels are meant to be equal to or superior to what would be available from a full-time General Counsel employee and absolutely unobtainable from any outside counsel that might be engaged. We only work on a quarterly, flat-fee basis that is meant to be priced at less than half what a full-time General Counsel employee would cost; so no one has to give a second thought to picking up the phone or emailing us to get something done, and our expense becomes a predictable-fixed cost rather than variable. Most importantly, the General Counsel that we provide becomes an important member of our client's management team who completely understands its business and challenges, as well as its human resource and strategic goals.
