National Veterans Benefits Attorneys

435 South Ridgewood Avenue, Daytona Beach, FL, 32114, US
Last Update: 2026-04-03

National Veterans Benefits Attorneys is a 501(c)(3) non-profit with a mission to ensure that disabled veterans receive every benefit owed by their sacrifice to a grateful nation. Not just some of the benefits, all of them! To fulfill that mission, we provide comprehensive legal representation to veterans in their appeals before the Department of Veterans Affairs, the Board of Veterans Appeals, the Court of Appeals for Veterans Claims, or the Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit. We also assist with social security disability denials. We are not a VSO, which typically provide assistance through non-attorneys and only within the VA system, nor are we a for profit law firm. Instead, we provide representation by an attorney from the initial claim denial within the VA system through an appeal outside of the VA system in federal court, as a non-profit. NVBA is incorporated as a not-for-profit in the State of Florida and designated a 501(c)(3) by the IRS. Our headquarters is in Daytona Beach, Florida, but our coverage is nationwide.
