Since Wellers Law Group LLP in Bromley, Kent was founded in 1881 the world has changed dramatically. Businesses in the UK and overseas were attracted by Wellers’ considerable reputation for corporate law and finance, amassed by creating financial and off-shore tax efficient structures and helping public companies towards successful flotation. Charities and not for profit organisations also began to see Wellers as an expert source of advice, helping the firm to its current trusted position as legal advisor to over 435 charities.
