Description: Stanley Street Treatment and Resources, Inc. (โ€œSSTARโ€) experienced a data breach after an unauthorized party accessed the organizationโ€™s computer system and removed confidential patient information. The breach compromised the following patient information: first and last names, dates of birth, Social Security numbers, driverโ€™s license numbers, state identification numbers, financial account information and protected health information of more than 45,785 individuals.
