Same Day Process
As the process service industry changes, we’re prepared to meet new demands by constantly monitoring the latest technologies and innovations. Our powerful custom management system is designed to keep clients informed with what we’re doing. This is achieved through a mobile app that is used to log service attempt details and photos, all of which is done in real time. Same Day Process is committed to serving our clients by securely saving every document associated with the case using electronic imaging and data transfers, and all scanned documents and progress is viewable from our friendly to use client portal. We provide rush same-day service, attend to rush filings, and last-minute requests. All RUSH documents are attempted to be served within 24 hours and/or the same day if requested. Regular services may still be attempted the same day, otherwise within 1, 2 or 3 days of the request being made. The majority of Rush documents are served within 24 hours. A process server should be an extension of your firm, and you can expect nothing less from us. Our standard for process server excellence is well above the rest. Our process servers conduct themselves with the highest level of integrity and reliability. As part of our commitment to innovation, we stay ahead of the curve by embracing the latest and greatest technology. We are not able to guarantee GPS service in other areas besides Washington, D.C.
