Description: On 11 August, some members of Luminate Education Group(LEG) were targeted by a cyber attack. Leeds City College (LCC) which comes under Luminate Education Group, had been hit by a cyber attack that affected thousands of students. The attack had caused operational disruption to its IT infrastructure. Some students at LCC were unable to get their exam results because of what was described at the time as a major server issue. They had put in place a temporary, secure system to continue to support their students and staff.
