Lee International was founded in 1961 as one of the first intellectual property law practices in Korea. Over the past 50 years, Lee International has grown into a full service law firm with a strong international orientation. Approximately 80% of our clients are comprised of companies from the United States, Europe and Japan. Many are Fortune 100 companies in the fields of information technology, biotechnology, electrical and mechanical engineering. Lee International is staffed with skilled and qualified professionals, including over 70 attorneys and more than 200 scientists, engineers and paralegals. Its senior partners include a former Supreme Court Justice and former Senior Judge of the Seoul District Court. Many of our professionals are bilingual, fluent in English, Japanese, Chinese and German. Lee International is affiliated with several subsidiary organizations which provide our clients with assistance in patent disputes and patent licensing consulting(“LICA”), brand management(”Infiniss”), total branding & identity consulting(“Infinite”), trade and investment(“ITI”), finance, customs, tax, accounting and public relations matters.
