Illustrated Verdict, Inc. (IV) provides a full suite of litigation support services for medical providers and the legal teams that defend them. These presentations educate the jury on complex medical and technical issues while keeping them fully engaged in the case. IV, now in our 30th year, builds our support strategies around our clients. As part of our service, we create standard and case-specific “boards” that display relevant medical illustrations with easily understandable annotations, two and three dimensional animations, printable models, and full presentations. We use best-in-class, courtroom specific software, such as Sanction and Trial Director, as well as PowerPoint. IV enables expert witnesses, legal teams, insurance companies, and other interested parties to create their legal strategy together, either face-to-face or through web meetings that use the most secure and effective meeting services.
