J’appellerai ma banque pour savoir mais s’il existe vraiment des entreprises capable de se faire valider automatiquement des mandat SEPA par les banques, alors il est clair que l’IBAN est l’une des pire faille de sécurité jamais faite, et ce par pure incompétence du système bancaire qui en plus viens se défausser sur vous pour que vous fassiez vous même la veille sur vos comptes pour signaler les virement frauduleux. Je ne vois pas comment on peut encore autorisé un processus pareil.

That assumption is false by construction. HistoryStoreProxy::history_index() explicitly returns None for the valid HistoryStoreProxy::WithoutIndex state. when a full node is syncing or otherwise running without the history index, a remote peer can send RequestTransactionsProof or RequestTransactionReceiptsByAddress and trigger an Option::unwrap() panic on the request path. This issue has been patched in version 1.3.0.
